How to use a computer automatic cutting machine?

1. Check if the total pressure gauge is 0.5Mpa and turn on the main power supply.

2. Turn on the computer and check if the Y-rail air pressure gauge is 0.1Mpa.

3. After the computer pops up the CutterControl1 interface, turn on the cutting machine power and perform the cross cursor origin reset

Reset the position and mechanical origin.

4. Feed the fabric within a range of 150mm to the right of the fixed size, and reset the bristle origin

Hold the middle position of the fabric with your left hand and click the sizing button to transport the fabric to the cutting area

5. Call up the required cutting and layout diagram in CutterControl1 and make parameter changes and modifications.

6. After setting the parameters, check whether the bristle origin button and change button are in a light on state.

If all the lights on the button are on, click on the trim execution icon and follow the prompts to proceed to the next step.

7. Click the cutting button for vacuum adsorption, the cutting light will be on, and at the same time, use the direction keys to cut

8. After the vacuum adsorption is ready, the light of the start button will turn on, and after confirming the cutting origin, click the start button

9. When one bed is cut, the cutting bed will automatically punch holes at the cutting origin position of the next bed

Once as a marker point, click the start button to automatically switch beds.

10. After all the fabric of the next bed is fed into the cutting area, the start button light will be on, and click once to check

Check if the cutting origin of the bed coincides with the cross cursor light, and click the start button to continue cutting.

After changing the bed, transport the cutting pieces to the picking table and carry out picking and subcontracting.

11. After all the cutting of the layout is completed, cut the plastic film.

12. Use the foot switch of the picking table to send the remaining fabric to the picking table for picking and subcontracting.

13. Cut off the main power switch directly from the machine head to the middle of the cutting area.

14. Turn off the display switch and end this operation.
